The wellbeing of our employees is one of the College鈥檚 top priorities. Improving health outcomes by increasing accessibility to care is one of the many ways 91制片厂Pro intends to address this priority.
NexGen EAP Total Wellbeing
As a part of your benefits package, 91制片厂Pro offers to all full-time and part-time employees. NexGen EAP is an Employee Assistance Program that uses a holistic approach to wellbeing by offering FREE and confidential counseling, telehealth & teletherapy, mindfulness training, certified wellness coaching, health advocacy, virtual concierge, legal/financial consultations, child/elder care, SAP, and onsite Trauma response. Benefits include up to eight visits per category listed per calendar year for each family member. If additional visits are needed, the state health plan will cover behavioral health counseling services at the existing counseling co-pay.
Simply call 1-800-327-2255 for any mental health needs, your consultant will be able to assist you with your short-term needs through their free counseling, and potentially with referring you to long-term care even if the issue is not appropriate for short-term care.
